John Spain Associates assisted Hibernia REIT in securing a series of amendment planning applications at the company’s new headquarters at ‘1WML’, Windmill Lane and Creighton Street, Dublin 2. The development comprises a mix of high quality office accommodation, retail, corporate meeting and event space and residential apartments.
JSA provided ongoing strategic planning advice to the client in respect of proposals, coordination and liaison with design teams, preparation, submission and management of planning applications.
Planning applications included proposals for additional building height, change of use to increase retail floorspace including off licence, increased office floorspace and temporary change of use of ‘office’ space to corporate meeting and events space.
JSA delivered the client’s objective to provide a diverse, high quality mixed use development to attract tenants and contribute positively to the vitality and viability of the regeneration of this part of the Docklands.
