Ballyogan Road, Dublin 18
In August 2018, a grant of permission was secured from An Bord Pleanála for a Strategic Housing Development (Clay Farm Phase 2) at Clay Farm, Ballyogan Road, Dublin 18. The development comprises 927 residential units (including 355 houses and 572 apartments), a neighbourhood centre, a new link road and bridge, and associated landscaping and public open space.
John Spain Associates coordinated this significant planning application along with a specialist design team including O’Mahony Pike Architects and DBFL Consulting Engineers. John Spain Associates coordinated pre-application consultations with the Planning Authority and An Bord Pleanála and the final application to the Board, including the coordination and co-authoring of an Environmental Impact Assessment Report.
