Project Description: The Digital Hub lands comprise an area of approximately 9 acres adjoining the Guinness Brewery in the vibrant Liberties/Coombe area in the historic core of Dublin City.
A number of different proposals have been progressed on the lands in recent years including most recently a major student accommodation development.
Scope of Services:
In 2005 and 2008, John Spain Associates were appointed as planning consultants to P. Elliott & Co. Ltd. to provide planning advice and prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the development of this key inner city site comprising Digital Hub office, hotel, student residential, office and commercial/service/retail floor space.
More recently the practice have advised Knightsbrige Ltd and prepared a planning application for a large scale student accommodation scheme.
