JSA have a long involvement in the planning of the Barrow Street area over an extended period, which has become the European Headquarters of Google and a key element of the precinct known as the ‘Silicon Docks’ of Dublin. JSA were the planning consultants for the Montevetro building and were responsible for the co-ordination of the Section 25 application and preparation of an EIAR for the project. Subsequently, JSA were retained as planning consultants by Google and coordinated the preparation of a series of applications required to meet the occupational needs of Google, including a new link bridge over Barrow Street. More recently JSA prepared a Part 8 development on behalf of Dublin City Council for upgrades to the public realm along Barrow Street.
