Phase 1A of the regeneration project for O’ Devaney Gardens consists of 110 residential units arranged in four distinct blocks. The blocks relate to the character of the site boundaries and also the future character where enclosure of a tree lined boulevard and enclosure of a neighbourhood park are important design objectives.
Scope of Services:
John Spain Associates were commissioned to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to accompany the application to An Bord Pleanala under the Strategic Infrastructure Act 2006 prepared by Dublin City Council. John Spain Associates were responsible for the co-ordination of the appointed environmental consultant team and the timely delivery of the Environmental Impact Statement.
