Luke joined John Spain Associates in August 2021 as a Summer Intern. Luke graduated from University College Dublin and was awarded a 1st Class Honours (BSc) degree in City Planning and Environmental Policy.
Luke will undertake a Masters degree in Regional and Urban Planning in UCD in September 2021.
Luke is also a Former UCD Ad Astra Academy Academic Scholar and University Scholar for the BSc City Planning and Environmental Policy. Luke has conducted a range of research and work as part of his degree, to include Planning Applications, Appeals, Judicial Reviews, LAP’s and Development Plans. Luke has a particular interest in Urban Design, Strategic Housing Developments (SHDs) and Masterplans.
Luke is a student member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and Irish Planning Institute (IPI).
