Stephen joined the John Spain Associates Team in August 2019 on an internship and became a graduate planner in May 2020.

Stephen holds a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning (MRUP) from University College Dublin and a BA in Geography and Spanish from National University of Ireland, Galway.
