Luke joined John Spain Associates in August 2021 as an intern and now holds the role of Graduate Planner. Luke obtained 1st Class Honours in the BSc City Planning and Environmental Policy degree and Masters in Regional and Urban Planning (MRUP), both from University College Dublin (UCD).

Luke is also a former UCD Ad Astra Academy Academic Scholar and University Scholar for the BSc City Planning and Environmental Policy, and was named ‘Best Student Planner of the Year for UCD’ by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) for 2022. Luke has experience in compiling a range of planning applications and appeals for residential, commercial and retail schemes across Ireland.

Luke is a Graduate member of the Irish Planning Institute (IPI) and is on course to becoming a Chartered Member of the RTPI as a Licentiate member
