Luke Broghan
Planner
Luke joined John Spain Associates in September 2019. He is involved in preparing planning applications across variety of schemes, including mixed use, residential, retail and commercial developments.
Luke is also experienced in the preparation of feasibility studies, planning reports, appeals and submissions on development plans.
He holds a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning (MRUP), completing the accelerated programme in 2019, and a BA in Geography, Planning and Environmental policy, both from UCD.
He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Planning & Environmental Law, from Kings Inns. Luke is a member Irish Planning Institute (IPI).
