Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ), South Dublin

 

John Spain Associates were involved in the preparation of the planning scheme, on behalf of Everglade Properties Ltd., one of the main landowners in the area, working with South Dublin County Council and assisting and presenting evidence at the An Bord Pleanála oral hearing for the planning scheme, which was approved in August 2008.

The Strategic Development Zone was designated for the development of a major mixed use scheme, including extensive residential development of up to 15,000 units.

John Spain Associates are responsible for advising on all planning aspects associated with the future development of these lands at Clonburris and have prepared a number of submissions to the Balgaddy/Clonburris LAP/SDZ.
