Irish Times, D’Olier Street, Dublin 2

 

Project Description:

The redevelopment of the former Irish Times office and printworks on D’Olier Street and Fleet Street involved the refurbishment of a terrace of important protected structures together with the development of new eight—storey office building. The development presented significant planning issues in achieving and maximising the development potential of this constrained triangular city centre site.

Scope of Services:

John Spain Associates were appointed as planning consultants to provide overall strategic planning consultancy advice and to manage and prepare a comprehensive planning application, including an Environmental Impact Statement.
