John Spain Associates in association with O’Mahony Pike Architects were responsible for preparing a masterplan together with advising on all planning aspects associated with the future development of these former institutional lands at Marianella, Rathgar, Dublin 6. John Spain Associates acted as planning consultants for planning applications for to redevelopment of the overall site which were approved by Dublin City Council and granted on appeal by An Bord Pleanála.

John Spain Associates also obtained permission for a Strategic Housing Development for an additional phase of the overall development.
