The Shannon Building
John Spain Associates acted as planning consultants on the redevelopment of the former Burlington House office building into a world-class headquarters office scheme. The development includes a five-storey office building over two levels of basement, designed by Henry J Lyons architects. The building features a terrace at upper floor levels and landscaped open space along Burlington Road. The Shannon Building is now the EMEA headquarters for Amazon.
