Tiarna Devlin
Associate Director
Tiarna joined John Spain Associates in 2016 and is now holds the role of Associate Director. Tiarna completed a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning at University College Dublin in 2016. Tiarna also holds a BA in Geography, Planning and Environmental Policy from University College Dublin.
Tiarna has experience in the preparation of planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessment Reports, planning appeals, submissions, and appraisals, and has been involved in a range of projects, including Strategic Housing Developments, Large Scale Residential Developments, commercial, and retail developments.
Tiarna is a Corporate Member of the Irish Planning Institute (MIPI) and a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute
