Adrian Toolan
Senior Planner
Adrian joined John Spain Associates in June 2022 as a Senior Planner. Adrian has vast experience in the preparation and submission of applications for a wide range of sectors including residential, retail, commercial and hospitality developments, to include preparation of planning appeals and Development Plan submissions.
Adrian holds a Master’s Degree in Regional and Urban Planning, a BA in Geography, Planning and Environmental Policy from UCD, together with an Advanced Diploma in Planning & Environmental Law from Kings Inns and is a member of the RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) and the IPI (Irish Planning Institute)
