Overview
JSA Planning were engaged by a major landowner in Adamstown to provide planning consultancy services for the Tubber Lane area lands, including advising on the review of the Planning Scheme for the Adamstown SDZ area.
JSA Planning Role
JSA provided planning consultancy services for the phased delivery of residential development. Planning permission was secured for a total of 782 residential units through three separate applications:
- Phase 1: 157 units (approved in 2017)
- Phase 2: 172 units (approved in 2020)
- Phase 3: 454 units (approved in 2022)
JSA also advised on amendment applications and compliance prior to commencement.
Outcome
Successful delivery of permissions for large-scale residential development within the Adamstown SDZ, supporting strategic growth objectives.
