Overview
JSA Planning acted as planning consultants for major elements of a new city quarter in the Dublin Docklands known as Spencer Dock.
JSA Planning Role
The Spencer Place development, part of the Spencer Dock regeneration project, includes 400 apartments, office floorspace, a 212-bedroom hotel, the restoration of the former Railway Hotel (a protected structure), and a new public realm network.
Outcome
The project contributed to the transformation of Spencer Dock into a vibrant mixed-use city quarter, integrating residential, commercial, hospitality, and heritage restoration within a cohesive urban framework.
