Ballycoolin Data Centre
John Spain Associates acted as planning consultants and helped secure permission for a large-scale data centre campus at Ballycoolin for a multi-national client. The permitted campus has a combined floor area of c. 57,000 sq.m across two data centre buildings.
John Spain Associates have also coordinated several successful amendment applications, and further applications relating to a substation and supporting infrastructure for this project.
