Overview
JSA Planning were engaged by GEM Group, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, for the delivery of residential development at Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath.

JSA Planning Role
- Phase 1: The Willows residential development comprising approximately 220 houses.
- SHD Application: Secured permission from An Bord Pleanála for 913 residential units (houses, duplex units, and apartments), a neighbourhood centre including retail units, café/restaurant, primary healthcare/gym, community facility, and childcare facility, along with open space, internal roads, cycle and pedestrian infrastructure, and services. The developments also included delivery of sections of the Dunshaughlin Outer Relief Road.
- LRD Permission: Assisted in securing permission from Meath County Council for amendments to the permitted development, including modifications to residential units, neighbourhood centre, and childcare facility.
Outcome
Planning permissions were successfully obtained for multiple phases, enabling the creation of a large-scale residential community with supporting amenities and infrastructure.
