Overview
JSA Planning have provided ongoing planning consultancy services for the continued expansion of Northwest Logistics Park and adjacent Northwest Business Park since c. 2017.
JSA Planning Role
JSA secured permissions through a series of applications (2017–2023) for 11 logistics / warehousing / light industrial units of varying scales, a high-technology manufacturing unit, and a café and convenience building.
JSA also led the planning for a large-scale extension (c. 55,000 sq.m GFA) on the Mooretown lands to the north, to be known as Ellipse Logistics Park, with permission secured in 2023 and construction commenced.
Outcome
Consents have enabled the phased development and expansion of this strategic logistics location, with the Ellipse extension now under construction.
