Overview
JSA Planning were appointed by Green REIT to deliver a planning application for a landmark mixed-use redevelopment at the corner of Dawson Street and Molesworth Street, involving demolition of an existing 20th-century office building and construction of a new high-quality mixed-use scheme.
JSA Planning Role
JSA coordinated the full planning application to Dublin City Council, prepared responses to third-party appeals, and later coordinated several applications for alterations and changes of use within the completed building.
Outcome
An Bord Pleanála granted permission following appeal, allowing the landmark city-centre development to proceed. JSA has continued to support the building’s evolution through ongoing planning inputs.
