John Spain Associates were appointed by Green REIT as part of an expert multi-disciplinary design team to prepare a planning application for the demolition of an existing 20 th Century office building, and the construction of a landmark new mixed-use development at the corner of Dawson Street and Molesworth Street in Dublin City Centre. John Spain Associates coordinated the planning application to Dublin City Council, and a subsequent response to a third-party appeal, prior to An Bord Pleanála granting permission for the development. JSA have since coordinated several applications for alterations and changes of use within the building.
