Masterplanning, development plans & local area plan submissions
JSA Planning’s forward-planning services include the delivery of major masterplanning exercises for complex brownfield and greenfield sites, as well as the preparation of detailed submissions to Development Plans and Local Area Plans (LAPs). These have successfully shaped planning policy frameworks that support appropriate and beneficial development outcomes for specific lands.
