Blaine Cregan

Blaine joined John Spain Assocites in 2016 and currently holds the role of Executive Director. Blaine has ten years post qualification experience in public and private sector planning practice following completion of his Masters in Environmental Planning in 2012 from Queen’s University Belfast. Blaine also has degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Munster Technological University.

Blaine acts for a range of clients in the public and private sector and has broad experience in the management of major planning applications for a wide range of projects including major residential and mixed-use schemes, protected structures, hotels, warehousing / logistics and industrial developments, large office schemes, and retail schemes. Blaine has been involved in a number of successful submissions during County Development Plan and Local Area Plan reviews and has coordinated and co-authored numerous Environmental Impact Assessment Reports, submitted as part of major planning applications.
