Conor Healy

Conor joined JSA in 2026 as a Senior Associate and is heading up our new Cork Office.  He has over 13 years’ experience in the planning sector in both Ireland and the UK following graduation from his Masters in Planning and Sustainable Development at University College Cork in 2013.

Conor also holds a BA in History and Geography from University College Cork and is a full Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a Corporate Member of the Irish Planning Institute. Conor has extensive experience in the successful management and preparation of planning applications in a range of sectors for public and private sector clients. He has prepared and co-ordinated Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR), prepared successful First Party Appeals, defended applications in response to Third Party Appeals and prepared a range of Section 5 Declaration Requests.

Conor advises clients on all stages of the planning process, providing professional advice including site appraisal and the promotion of sites through the Development Plan process.
