David Ferguson

David joined John Spain Associates in March 2021. David has contributed to a number successful large scale developments including Strategic Housing Developments in the Dublin area, significant Development Plan Submissions, Further Information responses and Appeals. His other work includes the preparation of Site Feasibility Studies, compliance submissions, planning inputs to Masterplans and other research projects. More recently, he has experience with lodging a Largescale Residential Development application.

David studied Geography and Sociology in Trinity College, Dublin. He completed the Master in Regional and Urban Planning in 2015 in University College Dublin graduating with a 2.1. He is currently a Member of the IPI and RTPI. He recently completed a Diploma in Environmental and Planning Law within Kings’ Inns’.
