Mark Fitzgibbon

Planner

Mark joined John Spain Associates in October 2023 and currently holds the role of Planner and is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Irish Planning Institute (IPI).

Mark obtained a BSc in City Planning and Environmental Policy in 2022, together with a First-Class Honours (Masters) degree in Regional and Urban Planning in 2023 from University College Dublin.

Mark has conducted a range of research and work as part of his degrees, relating to planning applications, Development Plans, Local Area Plans, residential / mixed-use development, appeals, planning law, policy and guidance, urban design and sustainable
mobility.

Mark is currently working on a range of residential, commercial and retail projects.
