Méabh joined John Spain Associates in 2025 as an Executive Planner. She is a Chartered Town Planner with both the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Irish Planning Institute (IPI), and is also a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner in project management.
She holds an MSc in City Planning and Design and a BSc in Planning, Environment and Development from Queen’s University Belfast. In addition, Méabh has obtained an Advanced Diploma in Planning and Environmental Law from the King’s Inns.
Méabh has over five years of consultancy experience working with private and public sector clients. She has coordinated a wide range of projects including planning applications, regeneration schemes, development plan submissions, and planning appeals across the residential, commercial and renewable energy sectors.
She has a particular interest in planning and environmental law and brings strong project management expertise, practical planning experience, and a detailed understanding of the planning system to her work.
