Meadhbh Nolan

Meadhbh joined John Spain Associates in 2017. With over 12 years’ experience as a town planner working both internationally and in Ireland, Meadhbh has strong statutory and strategic planning skills. Following completion of a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning (MRUP) from University College Dublin in 2010, Meadhbh worked for local authorities and the private sector and joined John Spain Associates in 2019.

Meadhbh has worked successfully on high value developments for a wide range of clients across all land use types, including Large-scale Residential Developments, Retail Impacts Statements, planning applications, appeals and site feasibility assessments. She has highly developed skills in policy analysis and brings a solution-focused approach to delivering desired outcomes for her clients.

Meadhbh is experienced in leading and managing consultant teams and delivering projects within budget. Meadhbh is also a member of the RTPI.
