Rory Kunz

Rory joined JSA in 2017. Rory is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and UCD and is a corporate member of the Irish Planning Institute.

Rory has 20 years of experience of planning in Ireland on a broad range of residential, commercial, leisure and retail projects. He has extensive knowledge in the preparation, management coordination and delivery of complex planning applications as well as appeals, observations and submissions to County Development Plans (CDPs) and Local Area Plans (LAPs).

Rory also has wide-ranging experience in the management and co-ordination of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports and Retail Impact Statements for major development and redevelopment projects including particular experience in working on projects within Strategic Development Zones and attendance at oral hearings.

Rory as gained significant experience across a range of sectors in a wide range of projects including the provision of strategic planning advices, preparation and management of planning applications, planning appeals, development appraisals, feasibility studies, submissions to County Development Plans/LAPs, zoning and re-zoning submissions.

Rory also specialises in the preparation, co-ordination and submission of large and small scale mixed use developments, residential (including LRD and SHD applications), office/commercial/retail, industrial, education, hotel/tourism developments, for private, semi-state and public sector clients.
