Shane McCormack
Planner
Shane joined John Spain Associates in June 2022 as a planner and is a member of the Irish Planning Institute (MIPI).
Shane obtained a BA in Geography, Planning & Environmental Policy in 2018, together with a Master in Regional and Urban Planning (MRUP) in 2019 from University College Dublin.
Shane has experience in the preparation of large-scale Strategic Housing Development applications, Large Scale Residential Development applications, and standard residential planning applications that includes medium scale and mixed-use developments.
Additionally, he has undertaken numerous social infrastructure audits, feasibility studies, retail studies and socio-economic assessments.
