Stephen Blair

Stephen has over thirty years’ planning experience working at the EU, national, regional and local levels. For the last two decades he has worked on regional planning matters as well as dealing with the design and management of Regional Operational programmes funded by the EU. Throughout the 1990s Stephen served as the Waterford City Planning Officer, overseeing both the development management and forward planning divisions.

Stephen has a strong track record in dealing with strategic planning issues, and has prepared a number of City Development Plans, Local Area Plans and action plans for a number of local authorities.

Stephen is a graduate of both Trinity College and University College Dublin, and is a Corporate member of the Irish Planning Institute.
