Project Description: The development comprised a mixed use scheme including academic accommodation for Trinity College Dublin, commercial office space and retail units with a gross floor area of 34,000 sq. metres.

Scope of Services:

John Spain Associates were responsible for the co-ordination and lodgement of the planning application for this development. In addition, John Spain Associates carried out an Environmental Impact Assessment of the development which accompanied the planning application.
