JSA coordinated the preparation and submission of three planning applications in 2022 and 2023 for the regeneration and enhancement of the Sports Precinct at University College Dublin Belfield Campus. This involved the preparation of an initial feasibility report, advising on planning application inputs and leading pre-application meetings with Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.

The proposals include the reconfiguration of the existing sports precinct and addition of new external sports pitches, access infrastructure and landscaping as well as a new Multi-Purpose Sports Hall, developed in accordance with the UCD Strategic Campus Development Plan 2016-2026.

JSA successfully secured planning permission for each application from the Council with no third party appeals lodged.
