Overview
JSA Planning were engaged by Hibernia REIT to provide planning consultancy services for the refurbishment and upgrade of Cumberland House and the delivery of a new high‑quality office building fronting Fenian Street.
JSA Planning Role
JSA Planning coordinated a series of planning applications as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, supporting the redevelopment of the site and ensuring a high‑quality and active street frontage. The extension was designed by MCA Architects and integrates with the original building.
Outcome
Planning permission was secured and the completed offices are now occupied by X (Formerly Twitter), contributing to the enhancement of Fenian Street as a modern employment location.
