John Spain Associates acted as planning consultants for the applications which secured permission for this large scale mixed use campus, including office, hotel, hospital and residential development. The campus comprises of a series of office, residential and complementary use buildings including leisure centre and childcare facilities. JSA continue to provide ongoing planning consultancy services and recently secured permission for an additional 9 storey apartment building.
