Spencer Place
John Spain Associates acted as planning consultants for large elements of a new city quarter in the Dublin Docklands known as Spencer Dock. The scheme includes the flagship Convention Centre Dublin on North Wall Quay, new headquarter offices and new large scale apartment development. The most recent phase, at Spencer Place, on behalf of Ronan Group Real Estate, incorporates a new European headquarters for Salesforce on North Wall Quay and a further 400 apartment units, and a new hotel, all of which has been recently completed.
