Overview
JSA Planning coordinated and lodged a successful planning application for a mixed-use scheme of approximately 34,000 sq.m (GFA), comprising academic accommodation for Trinity College Dublin, commercial office space, and retail units.

JSA Planning Role
JSA coordinated the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (now EIAR) to accompany the application, and managed the full submission process, ensuring compliance with planning requirements.
Outcome
Planning permission was granted by Dublin City Council and subsequently upheld by An Bord Pleanála following third-party appeals. The development is now complete and operational.
