JSA secured planning permission for a purpose-built student accommodation development comprising 444 bedspaces across 9 blocks ranging in height from one to seven storeys including the refurbishment of an existing gate lodge fronting North Circular Road. The development includes access to a public laneway to Rathdown Road, facilitating ease of access to the Grangegorman TUD Campus. An Bord Pleanála granted permission in November 2017 following third party appeals, upholding the decision to grant from Dublin City Council. JSA also managed and submitted pre-commencement compliance submissions. The development is now operational.
