JSA secured planning permission for a Strategic Housing Development (SHD) comprising
289 student bedspaces across two blocks on brownfield lands at Rathdown Road, Dublin 7,
immediately adjacent to the Grangegorman Luas Green Line stop and in close proximity to
the TUD Grangegorman Campus.
JSA carried out a development appraisal of the site, provided strategic planning advise to
our client and coordinated the pre-application process and preparation and lodgement of a
planning application to An Bord Pleanála.
