John Spain Associates worked with the applicant, Amphitheatre Ireland Ltd, and a multi- disciplinary team on a number of applications to transform the Point Depot, a protected structure, into the 3Arena (previously the 02) an iconic and world class venue. This involved detailed meetings and liaison with the DDDA and Dublin City Council, with JSA acting as planning consultants on several Section 25 applications to the DDDA and Section 34 applications to DCC.
