Overview
JSA Planning played a key role in transforming the Point Depot into the world-renowned 3Arena, a protected structure and one of Dublin’s most iconic entertainment venues.
JSA Planning Role
Their role included:
- Advancing the site through multiple Section 25 certificates to DDDA
- Managing Section 34 applications to DCC
- Ensuring compliance with planning policy and regulations. This process enabled the redevelopment of the venue while maintaining its architectural integrity.

The 3Arena now stands as a premier cultural and entertainment destination, hosting world-class events and contributing significantly to the regeneration of Dublin Docklands.
