John Spain Associates were appointed by Green REIT as part of a multi-disciplinary team to prepare a planning application for the demolition of an existing 20 th Century office building, and the construction of a part seven and part eight storey modern office building designed by Scott Tallon Walker architects. The building presents a modernist design, with a five-storey massing cantilevered above a ground floor entrance plaza facing Harcourt Road, which features a large sculpture by Eilis O’Connell. The building is occupied by WeWork.
