John Spain Associates were engaged by one of the major landowners in Adamstown to provide planning consultancy services for the Tubber Lane area lands. This included advising on the review of the Planning Scheme for the Adamstown SDZ area and subsequent planning consultancy services in respect to the delivery of residential development on a phased basis.
Planning permission has been secured for a total of 782 residential units and associated development at Tubber Lane, through three separate planning applications (Phase 1- 157 units approved in 2017, Phase 2- 172 units approved in 2020, and Phase 3- 454 units approved in 2022). We have also provided planning consultancy services in respect to subsequent amendment applications and prior to commencement compliance stage.
