John Spain Associates have provided planning consultancy services to Park Developments, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in respect to the development of this significant residential zoned land bank on Ballyogan Road, adjacent to the Luas Green Line. JSA helped secure planning permission for a Phase 1 development of c. 430 residential units and associated amenities through the Section 34 application process, a subsequent Phase 1C amendment application through the SHD process for c. 190 apartments, and a Phase 2 SHD application for c. 930 residential units, a neighbourhood facility and associated amenities and infrastructure. JSA coordinated the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports for both Phase 1 and 2. The development includes an Ecopark and a significant section of the Clay Farm Loop Road.
