Clery’s Redevelopment
John Spain Associates acted as planning consultants for the redevelopment of Clery’s Department Store on O’Connell Street. The permitted development comprises of, in summary, a mixed use development consisting of the refurbishment, extension and change of use of the Clery’s Building at 18-27 O’Connell Street Lower, a protected structure, to provide a mixed use retail, office, hotel and café/restaurant development.
