John Spain Associates were engaged by Hibernia REIT, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to provide planning consultancy services for a series of applications relating to the refurbishment and upgrade of Cumberland House and provision of a new high quality office building fronting Fenian Street. The modern office building, designed by MCA Architects, acts as an extension of the original buildings on site and provides a high quality and active frontage to Fenian Street.
