John Spain Associates were engaged by Park Developments, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to provide planning consultancy services for this former institutional site which includes a protected structure. JSA helped secure permission for a residential development comprising of c. 267 no. residential units in five no. blocks of up to 6 storeys in height, and including the refurbishment of Fernbank House, a protected structure, for shared accommodation units and communal amenities. JSA also provided planning consultancy services in respect to a number of amendment applications.
