Overview
JSA Planning were engaged by Park Developments, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to provide planning consultancy services for this former institutional site which includes a protected structure.
JSA Planning Role
JSA helped secure permission for a residential development comprising approximately 267 residential units in five blocks of up to six storeys, including the refurbishment of Fernbank House (a protected structure) for shared accommodation units and communal amenities. JSA also provided planning consultancy services for several amendment applications.
Outcome
Planning permission was successfully obtained for the residential development and refurbishment works, ensuring the integration of heritage elements within a modern scheme.
