Overview
JSA Planning acted as planning consultants for the redevelopment of part of the former AIB Bankcentre site to deliver large‑scale office development across two blocks in a campus setting.

JSA Planning Role
JSA prepared a robust justification for demolition of existing buildings and addressed impacts on nearby protected structures including the RDS and surrounding residential areas. They secured permission from DCC, successfully defended third‑party appeals to An Bord Pleanála, and later obtained multiple amendment permissions including an additional floor.
Outcome
The development is now complete, providing a modern office campus and contributing to employment and regeneration in Dublin 4.
