John Spain Associates acted as planning consultants on a project which secured planning permission for the redevelopment of part of the former AIB Bankcentre site at Merrion Road. This redevelopment provides for a large scale office development across two blocks in a campus setting. The site required a robust justification for the demolition of the existing buildings and impact on the surrounding residential properties. The development is now complete.
