John Spain Associates were appointed to provide planning consultancy services, prepare an EIS, RIS
and all accompanying planning application documentation for the rejuvenation of this District Centre
for additional retail, retail services and restaurant / café floor space.

We were also engaged for subsequent planning applications which secured permission for three
phases of residential development, with Phase 1 residential on the Frascati Road frontage now
complete. The proposed development is of a high quality architectural design and has been designed
to complement and integrate with the Rejuvenation of the Shopping Centre.
