John Spain Associates were engaged by Park Developments, acted as planning consultants, and helped secure an SHD permission from An Bord Pleanála for 341 no. residential units, with a mix of houses and apartments, substantial areas of public open space, and all associated development. The application involved the relocation of the Entrance Portal associated with Glencairn House, a protected structure, and incorporation of Murphystown Castle, a recorded monument, within the proposed public open space.
