Overview
JSA have long been involved in the planning and development of the Barrow Street area, now home to Google’s European Headquarters and a central component of Dublin’s ‘Silicon Docks’.
JSA Planning Role
JSA coordinated the Section 25 application and EIAR for the Montevetro building, later acquired by Google. They continued to act for Google on several applications including a new link bridge over Barrow Street, and prepared a Part 8 public realm upgrade on behalf of Dublin City Council.
Outcome
The work supported the creation of a major international tech hub, with upgraded public realm and facilities meeting Google’s expanding occupational needs.
